every moderation label applied to an account or post, with the labeler that emitted it. the public appview only surfaces labels from labelers it subscribes to — so community labelers like skywatch.blue stay invisible unless we ask them directly. this lab queries app.bsky.actor.getProfile / app.bsky.feed.getPosts and each extra labeler's com.atproto.label.queryLabels in parallel, then merges.
